Fee Disputes
Any disputes regarding fees or billing must be raised within thirty (30) days of the invoice date. Failure to raise disputes within this timeframe constitutes acceptance of the charges.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, Sara Advocates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
Our total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action shall not exceed the amount you have paid to Sara Advocates for services in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Sara Advocates, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising from your use of our website or services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

You irrevocably submit to the jurisdiction of the Dubai Courts and waive any objection to proceedings in such courts on grounds of venue or forum non conveniens.

Before initiating any legal proceedings, the parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiations for a period of thirty (30) days. If such negotiations fail, disputes shall be resolved through the Dubai Courts in accordance with UAE law.

Severability
